USED VACUUM CLEANERS  All pre-owned vacuum cleaners are covered as follows: Unless otherwise indicated on the written warranty form provided at the time of sale, all units are sold "As is-where is". Concord Vacuum Center warrants, except as provided above, each product sold, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period indicated, and from the date of sale on the form. Customer is responsible for proof of sale date. The term of coverage, for the motor and the other parts, is indicated thereon. Warranty does not cover normal wear items, such as handles, cords, belts, bags, filters, brush rolls, wheels, or damage from use or misuse, alteration of product(s) or lack of or improper maintenance. Also not covered is damage from accident, abuse, or act of God (lightning, flood, etc.).Where supplied, removal of grounding terminal voids the warranty. Warranty coverage is for parts and labor to repair or replace, at our option, any part found to be covered by the warranty. Customer is responsible for return and pickup of product(s) to our facility.  No other warranty, expressed or implied, including fitness of purpose or merchantability for a particular purpose, or any oral representation regarding such products, shall apply. Warranty claim must be accoumpanied by original sales receipt and/or warranty form showing date of sale, serial and model numbers. Additional term(s) of warranty coverage may be purchased from Concord Vacuum Center only at the time of original purchase of the goods.  No claim made hereunder by the purchaser, weather as to good delivered or undelivered, shall be greater than the purchase price of the goods in respect of which such claim is made, and Conncord Vacuum Center and its parent company, Bruce Supply Co., Inc. shall under no circumstances be liable for consequential damages.
